What is Coconut Cream?
Our raw coconut cream comes from cold-pressed, mature coconuts that are wild-harvested from deep within the pristine, tropical forests of the Philippine Islands, where they grow untouched by pesticides, fertilizers, or herbicides.
Coconut Cream has an abundance of Vitamins B, C, and E, essential amino acids, lauric acid and other medium-chain fatty acids (MCFAs). These MCFAs derived from coconuts are less likely to be stored as fat in the body because they metabolize more quickly in the liver than do animal fats.
Non dairy, rich and creamy, full-flavored, Grade A, made from naturally-grown wild coconuts without pesticides. Coconut cream has no preservatives, no artificial colors or additives, no cholesterol and fewer calories than butter or mayonnaise.
Can be used as a substitute for dairy milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, buttermilk and yogurt. Gluten Free, Non GMO. Coconut cream is rich (50%) in immune-boosting Lauric acid. High in the healthy medium chain fatty acid MCFA with antiviral, antibacterial, and antiprotozoal functions. Rich nutritional content includes amino acids.
